"My BSB is showing up "Invalid" in my Bank Account"
If the BILLI® BSB number is creating an "Invalid" notification from your Bank, this generally means that your Bank isn't aware that the BILLI® BSB exists.
Solution:
Please call your Bank's Customer Support and notify them that your BSB is not registering in their system and they will update it for you.
We really appreciate your support in doing this, as most Banks will only talk to their Customers, in order to initiate this update in their system.
We will also record this issue and notify our Technical Team.
