What if I forgot my Passcode?
If you forgot your Passcode you can either Contact Us at billipay.com and we will assist you, or you could delete the App and re-install it, then Press the "Forgot Password?" button.
We do this to ensure that your BILLI® Account is secure in the event of a lost or stolen device. By including these extra steps, your device cannot be accessed by an unauthorised person.
If you have lost your device or had it stolen, you can easily lock your device on our website.
